I recently purchased a number of radiators off stylish radiators. Myself and my wife visited their premises and found the whole experience straight forward as Phil and his staff advised on many types of radiators to suit our new extension until we came up with the best suited solution both financially and look
On fitting the four radiators the plumber has found what he describes as a manufacturing fault on one of the radiators which was then immediately reported to Phil and his team
The very next day the manufacture called myself direct and is currently arranging to visit my property to inspect the faulty radiator. As a customer this has been a hassle free experience and although we have a faulty radiator it does not concern us what so ever as the confidence built with stylish radiators will mean that the radiator is repaired or replaced without question.
I have always preached that you find out how good a service is when things go wrong and in this instance both companies stylish radiators and the manufacture have been totally professional in their approach to an unforeseen problem

We have just completed the upgrade to our CH system and I would like to thank you for your contribution.
I had trawled many 'faceless' websites looking for 'different' radiators. Most websites gave a minimal and inadequate description of their products; there was an presumption that the customers would buy anything without full information.
This is simply not good enough when you are spending thousands of pounds and you want someting different.
It was clear from your website that your business offered a wide and interesting variety of unusual products and after checking with you that you actually had these on display in your shop (which you did!) we were happy to make the 150 mile round trip to actually 'touch and feel' the various radiators. It was so simple and easy to see them all side by side in the same place and make our choices.
Having placed an order with you, our installer suddenly wanted to bring forward the installation date and you were extremely helpful in expediting the deliveries. What I particularly valued was that you rang and emailed us regularly to keep me informed of the expected deliveries and indeed you personally delivered some radiators all the way here yourself.
The system is now complete and we have had pleasing comments on the choice of different radiators.... such a change from the dreary steel panel ones.

I would personally recommend the above company for a Business Award as they offer a very unique service locally and beyond. The shop and staff are very welcoming, and not at all pushy or over powering. You are able to walk around at your leisure and ask questions without feeling pressured into buying anything. We have been in during the week and at the weekend and all staff were equally as knowledgable and helpful. We were offered a wide range of options/colours/models with brochures to take home and browse. The website is kept up to date with all of the radiators and offers and options available.
Once we had decided we took in the relavant measurements of the the room and we were assisted by the manager to ensure we had exactly the right radiator for the size of the room to ensure we got maximum efficiency. We placed the order and were told of the delivery date. We were told we would be contacted when it arrived in the store.
As promised we had a call from Stylish Radiators to confirm delivery and as our bathrrom was not ready, the manager was more than happy to retain the radiator at the shop until we wanted it. They could not have been anymore helpful. The service was second to none and to top it all the radiator was delivered as requested.
I would recommend Stylish Radiators to future customers. There may be other radiators available on the internet but the personalised service you received at Stylish Radiator was by far exceeded by a delivery from a courier and you may be unsure what you get or indeed get a telephone number of who to contact for after sales services .
